Chef Works, Inc. launches Charitable Giving Grant Opportunities for charitable organizations

August 28, 2014 (Poway, CA): Chef Works, Inc., a global company specializing in the design and manufacturing of culinary garments with sales to over 65 countries. As Chef Works has enjoyed amazing success, they want to share that success and give back to the community and industry by launching the Chef Works Cares Charitable Giving Grant Opportunities.

Each year, Chef Works supports many worthwhile charitable events, programs and organizations and encourages employee volunteerism. Our program has now expanded to include our newly launched Charitable Giving Grant Opportunities. .

Chef Works is seeking grant applications from registered 501(c)3 charitable organizations in which to provide financial support in the following three areas: the elimination of children living in poverty, children and adults living with intellectual and developmental disabilities and protecting and improving the environment for many generations to come.

We encourage and invite charitable organizations to apply for funding. Grants are currently being accepted from now until September 30, 2014. Applicants will be notified if they are a recipient no later than October 30, 2014. Grants between $5,000 and $25,000 will be awarded to charitable organizations chosen by the Chef Works Charitable Giving Committee
